Overview

Shift Bikes provides a platform for private individuals to list and browse second-hand bicycles and components.

We are not a party to transactions between users.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate listing information
• Not post stolen, illegal, or prohibited items
• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Use the platform lawfully

Listings and transactions

• Listings are created by users
• Shift Bikes does not verify ownership or condition
• Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

Shift Bikes is not liable for:

• Losses arising from user transactions
• Inaccurate listings
• Disputes between users

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
